Job Summary: We’re looking for a hands-on, reliableFurniture Builderto join our team. You’ll be responsible for building wood frames and components for sofas and other furniture using nail/staple guns, saws, and hand tools. You don’t need to be a professional furniture maker — we’ll train the right person — but youmust be comfortable with tools, focused on safety, and have a strong eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: • Build wood frames and components for sofas and other furniture • Work with a variety of tools: staple guns, nail guns, saws, drills, sanders, etc. • Follow build sheets or verbal directions to complete jobs • Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy • Inspect work for quality, fit, and durability • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace • Work independently or with a small team Requirements: • Comfortable and experienced using hand and power tools • Passion for hands-on work and building things • Willingness to learn our methods and standards • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently • Commitment to safety at all times • Must be dependable and able to meet deadlines Nice to Have (but not required): • Experience in carpentry, woodworking, or furniture assembly • Familiarity with reading simple blueprints or diagrams • Upholstery or frame-building experience We Offer: • On-the-job training and growth opportunities • Competitive hourly pay • Supportive, hands-on work environment • Chance to be part of a team that builds things people love Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • On-the-job training • Referral program Work Location: In person
