Role

• Design and Implement Gameplay Mechanics - Conceptualize, develop, and refine game mechanics, systems, and features aligned with project vision.
• Cross-functional Collaboration and support - Support other teams to align design and data efforts with project goals.
• Create Detailed Documentation - Draft gameplay rules, data sheets, and UI/UX flowcharts.
• End-to-end Ownership - Ensure successful implementation with artists, programmers, etc.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Interactive Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong passion for video games and a deep understanding of various game genres and mechanics
• Proficiency in game engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar game engines with some technical/coding skills for clear communication with the development team
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about game mechanics and player experiences with strong attention to detail
• A portfolio showcasing previous game design work or personal projects is highly desirable.
• Understanding of Cricket and/or other team sports
