Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Garage Door Installer to join our team.Only considering candidates with Garage Door & Opener repair/install experience at this time.The ideal candidate will have experience with various installation techniques. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining garage doors and their components, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. The Garage Door Installer will work both independently and as part of a team, providing excellent service to our clients. Company truck and fuel card provided. Must have clean driving record. Guaranteed salary plus commission. Responsibilities • Install garage doors and openers • Perform repairs on existing garage doors and openers. • Ensure proper alignment and functionality of installed doors through adjustments. • Conduct thorough inspections of installed systems to guarantee safety and performance. • Handle heavy lifting of garage door components, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. Skills • Strong understanding of construction principles. • Capability for heavy lifting • Must have prior experience with door & opener installation, ensuring all components are securely mounted. • Strong problem-solving skills to address installation challenges effectively. • Commercial and gate experience a plus. • Carpentry skills are a plus for custom installations.
