Within this internship you will work in close relation with our Global Sales Managers and work on the following tasks :

• Prepare quotations for technical changes & follow up on TEFS process (Technical Economical Feasibility Study) with a cross functional team
• Prepare commercial offers for prototypes, profitability analysis & tracking
• Coordinate pricing updates, maintain pricing data base, ensure price consistency between systems
• Support internal reporting/dashboard for pricing, tooling, engineering activities
• Maintain CRM tool up to date (contacts, opportunity management, document library)
• Support Accounts Receivable/ past dues management in relation with Finance department & customer
• Support Customer Request for Information/Quotation process
• Analyse customer KPI & propose corrective actions
• Prepare & assist during weekly calls internal & external for logistics, purchasing & projects

• Student in last year of Business studies
• Ability to work in a team environment and negotiate solutions with other team members
• Team player who can be independent
• Open to take on challenges
• Curious and motivated
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Written and spoken English (At least technical English level)
• Duration :12 month
