Job Description
Swedish is seeking a full-time, board-certified/eligible Gastroenterology & Transplant Hepatology physician to join the Swedish Digestive Health Institute & Organ Transplant Program. This is one of the largest Liver Transplant programs in the Pacific Northwest and its continuing to grow. Swedish Gastroenterology is a 20-physician, ten-mid-level-provider employed group with a growing consultative practice that combines tertiary and quaternary referral care, including liver transplantation, therapeutic ERCP/EUS, POEM and deep enteroscopy, with GI care for a large, well-established Primary Care network all in and around Seattle in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. - Must be board-eligible/board-certified in Gastroenterology
- Board Certification in Transplant Hepatology is desirable but not required
- Open to applicants who have done a Hepatology Fellowship after internal medicine residency
- Opportunity for professional growth
- Combination outpatient and inpatient position involving mix of office and in-hospital consultations
- Hospital call supported by nighttime nurse triage phone service
- ERCP and EUS skills not required
- Hospital medicine and all major subspecialty support available
- Compensation is between $223.98 to $293.92 per hour
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
