Gastroenterology | Near Houston, TX | Program Director | $900K-1M Annual Income

A thriving, 350-bed hospital located on the Southern Texas Coast, just an hour from Houston, are seeking a full-time GI physician to practice in a dual Program Director and clinical role.

This hospital is open to molding this position around the incoming physician and is 30% administrative and 70% clinical.

The Position:
• Practice alongside 9 other GI physician's and APP's
• Monday-Thursday schedule, 1/2 day on Fridays
• Current GI's perform procedures in morning and see patients in clinic in the afternoon
• Average of 4-5 procedures per day; ERCP option
• Total income is into the $900K-1M range, negotiable Base Salary of $600K with production upside
• Director stipend, Sign-on of $50K, $100K in Student Loan Repayment, CME, 25 days PTO, Full Benefits + Retirement/401K
