This position works with UPS system and internal clients to provide information for decision making in the collections team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of collections reports to the USA.
• Analyze volume, variations and trends of monthly key performance indicators and ensure accurate and timely submission to the company every month (KPIs).
• Communicate with directors, managers, and supervisors when necessary.
• Create and update DLP (USA collection process manuals).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications:

• Technologist and/or Professional in administrative careers
• Intermediate English B1 (spoken and written).
• Microsoft Office excel and access
• 6 months experience in the administrative area
• Communication skills with the management team.
• Analytical capacity

• Grado: 007
• Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am-4:30pm
• Modality Hybrid (2 months in remote and 2 months in office).
• Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
