What’s in it for you: • 12-month contract with strong likelihood of extension • Work on a high-impact AI initiative within a global financial services client environment • Join a fast-growing GenAI team building enterprise-level, production-ready AI solutions What you get to do: • Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models usingDatabricks, MosaicML, and Azure ML • Optimize and fine-tune LLMs and other deep learning models for scalability and performance • Develop and manage data pipelines usingPySpark, MLflow, Delta Lake, and CI/CD practices • Build and operationalize intelligent automation and agent-based applications (e.g., CRM, prospecting, finance tools) • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to convert business needs into GenAI solutions • Perform EDA, feature engineering, and model evaluation using key performance metrics (precision, recall, F1, etc.) • Document findings, mentor junior team members, and contribute to governance and compliance standards for ethical AI What you need to succeed: • 3+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning or AI model development with models deployed in production • Strong experience inDatabricks,PySpark, andSpark MLlibin distributed environments • Practical knowledge ofMosaicMLfor model training and optimization • Expertise inPython, with proficiency in SQL and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face • Solid understanding of theAzure ecosystem, including Azure ML, Data Lake, Key Vault, and Event Hubs • Experience building CI/CD workflows and model pipelines using Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Data Factory • Consulting background with the ability to interface with clients and translate business needs into technical outcomes • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team Bonus Perks: As a valuable new member of the team, you will have access to our company’s extensive client list, the support of a tenured team, and the opportunity to enroll in a variety of health benefit plans.
