HII – Technical Solutions Division (TSD) is currently seeking a General and Operations Manager to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Integrated Command and Control (C2) and Intelligence (IC2I) Division, located in California, MD.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort in support of ICS and their associated networks.
• Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues.
• Oversees contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning, and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress.
• Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements.
• CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in business or business discipline; engineering or engineering discipline; computer science or IT discipline with 10-12 years relevant experience.
• All the required experience shall be with DoD and/or IC communication systems and networks. At least five (5) of those years must include management and supervisory experience.
• Additionally, demonstrate experience relating to the design, development, integration, testing, and fielding of the types of systems.
• Demonstrate ability to work with large and diverse teams and the ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort such as program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret (TS) Clearance

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with new Integrated Collaborative, Command, Control, and Communication (C3) of Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) System
• Understanding of coalition intelligence and data sharing programs, techniques, or methodologies
