General Construction Laborer

We are a commercial construction company specializing in tenant improvements located in Sun Valley, CA. We do commercial remodels and build-outs of restaurant and retail spaces. We are looking for a General Laborer with experience in commercial construction. Must have a general knowledge and experience in all areas of construction. We service the Greater LA Area and beyond. Required Qualifications: • One or more years of experience in construction, and knowledge of all areas of construction. • Able to operate a variety of hand and power tools. • Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials, and digging trenches. • Take materials to and from construction areas. • Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations and other incidents immediately to job Supervisor and management. • Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis. • Load and unload construction supplies from trucks. • Follow instructions from Supervisors. • Must be punctual and reliable. • Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus. We conduct pre-employment drug screens and background checks. The person chosen for this position will be required to take and pass a drug test and background check.
