General Construction Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site. Duties • Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and plumbing. • Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and transport them to designated areas on the job site. • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met. • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers. Experience • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. • Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. • A commitment to safety practices on the job site.
