General Construction Laborer

About the Role: We are seeking askilled and reliable Lead Construction Laborerto join our team. This role requires experience in various aspects of construction, including site preparation, material handling, and hands-on general construction tasks. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Drywall, mud, texture, paint, installing doors, windows, casing, flooring, baseboards, minor plumbing, and finishing carpentry. • Safely operate hand and power tools. • Load, unload, and move construction materials as needed. • Perform site clean-up and maintain a safe work environment. • Support team members and follow project instructions. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of construction experience(residential). • Ability to lead a small crew. • Ability to perform various construction tasks (as listed above). • Strong work ethic, reliability, andattention to detail. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Your own Tools. • Fluent in English and Spanish.
