General Construction Laborer

We are hiring full-time General Laborers to support skilled tradespeople with various tasks on construction and event sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions quickly and accurately. Work is Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends based on project needs. Position Description: A Building Maintenance Company has openings for full-time General Laborers to work Monday-Friday with available weekend work. In order to be considered for this position, you must be hardworking and able to follow instructions rapidly and proficiently. You may work on different job sites with different crews doing a variety of jobs, so having skills in several areas, in addition to being able to communicate with people is very important!Responsibilities: • Must have a valid Driver’s License • Sweeping/debris removal • Bulking out the trash • Organizing supply deliveries • Set up furniture for company-hosted events on-site • Unloading trucks • Interior and exterior job site clean-up and trash removal • Assist the team with various duties across multiple job sitesRequirements: • Must have a valid Driver’s License • Must have reliable transportation • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. • Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc. as the job requires • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Must be customer service oriented • Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen • Must be able to pass a criminal background checkBenefits: • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits offered • 401k offered • Paid time off and Holiday pay offeredPosition Type: Full-TimePosition Salary: $18.50 an hour Submit a pre-application inquiry for this position.
