General Construction Worker

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site. Duties • Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, painting, plumbing, electrical, and finishing work. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. • Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site. • Perform general maintenance tasks as needed to support ongoing projects. • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise. • Show up on time. • Have your own car. • Have your own tools. Skills • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds). • Basic knowledge of construction techniques and tools is preferred. • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with safety practices in a construction environment is a plus. • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project requirements. We are looking for someone who can assist our general contractor on all projects. We do full-service construction. The business is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. All new workers go through a 90-day probation period; benefits will be discussed after probation has passed.
