What you’ll do • Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized environment. • Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of experienced team members. • Load and unload materials, ensuring they are stored properly for easy access. • Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and setting up scaffolding. • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by performing routine checks and reporting any issues. • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols. • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of construction practices. Basic qualifications • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the day. • Strong communication skills to effectively work with team members and supervisors.
