You’ll assist in day-to-day construction and remodeling work — from site cleanup to framing, painting, and finishing. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the trades and learn directly from experienced remodelers. Responsibilities • Assist with demolition, material handling, and site cleanup • Perform basic carpentry and framing under supervision • Help with drywall, painting, flooring, and finish work • Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials • Maintain a safe and organized job site • Follow directions and work efficiently with minimal supervision • Occasionally interact with homeowners in a professional manner Requirements • Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or general labor preferred (not required) • Reliable transportation to job sites (must have a valid driver’s license or dependable ride) • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools • Punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly pay (based on skill and experience) • Consistent hours and steady work • Opportunity to develop skills and grow within the company Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $22.77 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week Work Location: In person
