General Laborer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handyman work to include painting, drywall repair, and mechanical work. This role involves various tasks that support remodeling and maintenance of single family real estate along with ensuring efficiency and quality in our completed work. Job locations differ from day to day, so reliable transportation is required. Duties • Complete various tasks in a timely and efficient manner. • Utilize hand tools for various tasks. • Perform routine inspections of real estate and report findings to supervisors. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Follow all operational procedures to ensure compliance with company standards. Experience • Previous experience in performing handyman work in real estate is preferred. • Familiarity with constuction processes and procedures. • Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting issues effectively. • Experience using power tools is highly desirable. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
