Job Title: Construction Workers for QSR and Commercial Projects (Multiple Roles) Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic for QSR Stores About Us We specialize in the construction, remodeling, and conversion of Quick Serve Restaurants (QSRs) such as Wendy's and Del Tacos and other Commercial Developments. We have multiple immediate projects available and are seeking workers of various skill levels, from entry-level laborers to experienced team leads. We also function as maintenance for the franchisees of these stores, including but not limited to plumbing, drywall repair, install assistance, etc. These projects require self travel to job locations, including San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, and Inland Empire. Job Description We are looking for motivated individuals to join our construction teams for upcoming projects. The scope of work includes: • Remodels of existing QSR locations • New construction of QSRs • Conversions of existing buildings into QSRs You will be responsible for tasks such as: • Tile installation • Painting • T-bar installation • Framing • Roofing • General labor and site clean-up • Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform various tasks • Perform quality control checks on finished products • Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment We welcome applicants withvarying levels of experience, from those willing to learn on the job to seasoned professionals ready to lead teams. Job Requirements Skill Level: • Entry-Level: No prior experience required. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced workers. • Skilled Labor: Previous experience in construction tasks such as tile placement, painting, framing, roofing, etc. Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. Certifications (Preferred but not required for all roles): • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (required for certain safety-sensitive roles, or willing to obtain). • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple job sites if needed • First Aid/CPR Certification: • Scaffold or Aerial Lift Certification: • Forklift Operation Certification: • Confined Space Certification: • Trade-Specific Certifications (Roofing, Tile Installer, etc) Pay and Benefits • Pay: Compensation will be competitive and based either on work completed (piece-rate) or hours worked, depending on the specific project. • Opportunity for Advancement: Entry-level workers will have opportunities to grow into skilled labor and leadership roles with hands-on experience and mentorship.
