We actively perform work for General Contractors as well as an assorted customer base. We work on Airports, Roads, and Parking Lots/Garages. Night work, out of town work, weekend work varies Benefits: · Vacation Pay – Employees can accrue vacation at their 1st year of employment. You can reach up to 120 vacation hours annually depending upon years of service. · Holiday Pay – After 60 days of employment, most Federal holidays are paid. In addition, as a company, we take the entire Christmas week off as part of our paid holiday package. · Simple IRA – If you participate, we will contribute 1% of your gross pay every week, and at the end of the year the company may contribute an additional 2% of your gross pay depending upon company performance. · Reviews – Performance reviews are done at your 60 days, 6 months, and annually thereafter. · Basic Life Coverage – Paid by employer, $50,000 Basic Term Life w/ Accidental Death & Dismemberment · Voluntarily Life & AD&D Insurance – $100,000 guaranteed issue · Hospital Indemnity Insurance · Accident Advantage · Medical – Both PPO & HSA plans are offered. If you participate Falcon Contracting, Inc. will contribute up to $500 into your HSA account. · Dental · Vision Pay: From $49,400 to $100,000 annually.
