We are seeking a General Manager 1, Multi-Service for our location in Holly Springs, NC, just 20 minutes outside of Raleigh. This director level candidate will be highly organized and results driven to oversee both Environmental Services (EVS) & Patient Transport departments. UNC Rex Holly Springs is a 50-bed hospital located in Holly Springs, NC. As part of the UNC Healthcare System, Holly Springs is dedicated to providing exceptional care to their community. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 30 and be responsible for meeting client's expectations on Patient Satisfaction scores as measured by HCAHPS, Bed Turnaround Time and Employee Engagement.

What You'll Do

-be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores for both Environmental Services and Patient Transport;

-provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;

-lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;

-effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Qualifications & Requirements
