What You'll Do
- Lead and manage operations, analyzing data to drive performance improvements and ensure contract guarantees are met.
- Act as the lead for budget management, financial analysis, and expense tracking to control costs and increase revenue.
- Oversee culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, innovation, and a focus on health and wellness offerings- this is a hands on Chef role
- Supervise and mentor staff to meet Sodexo objectives, maintain service quality, and foster workplace diversity.
- Plan and execute special events, maintaining cost control and overseeing payroll records.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support account retention and growth.
