At Remedi SeniorCare, we're transforming how medication is delivered in long-term care. As General Manager of our Plano, TX pharmacy, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, inspire a collaborative culture, and keep our patients and partners at the center of everything we do.
Location: 2700 Research Dr Ste 200, Plano, TX 75074
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, with some after hours and weekend on-call availability.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Site Leadership
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including fulfillment, order entry, pharmacists, delivery, and administration
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, HR, and operational policies
• Drive pharmacy performance to meet quality, safety, and service benchmarks
People & Culture
• Lead and support site leadership team, supervisors, and staff
• Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and employee engagement efforts
• Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement
Financial & Strategic Management
• Manage pharmacy site budget, including expense control and labor management
• Participate in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
• Monitor site-level P&L and report results to the Regional Vice President
Client & Partner Engagement
• Serve as the point of contact for client facilities in your region
• Build strong relationships with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and partner departments
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Consulting to support client needs
Qualifications:
Education & Licensure
• Degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
• Active pharmacist license in the state of Texas; additional state licensure may be required
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Proven experience managing operations, budgets, and multi-level teams
Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations (CMS, HIPAA, DEA, OSHA, State Boards)
• Confident communicator with solid written and verbal skills
• Adept at problem-solving, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration
• Able to manage competing priorities in a high-paced, compliance-driven environment
