Sodexo is seeking a General Manager Multi Services to support our dining services and EVS at Mee Memorial Hospital in King City, CA. Mee Memorial Healthcare System continues to improve and expand to meet both inpatient and outpatient needs of the hospital's service area. In the past 15 years, a "new" Mee has been built. In addition to the hospital services, Mee Memorial has a network of three clinics to serve its clientele. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned, entrepreneurial manager who is constantly seeking a better way to conduct business. This key leadership position is directly responsible for the successful operation of Dining Services and the EVS function. The General Manager ensures client, customer service/satisfaction with efficient cost-effective management that both meets and exceeds expectations. Must have food service experience within a healthcare setting with extensive knowledge of DOH and CMS guidelines.

What You'll Do
The successful candidate will:
- have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary operations;
- Interface closely and daily with residents, client executive level leadership and client board members;
- control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved;
- continuously update industry knowledge on current food trends and ingredients, making sure they lead the way in innovation and originality;
- ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved.
