• 職務内容

レノボ・ジャパン本社オフィスの運営・管理を円滑に行い、最適なサービス提供を行っていただきます。業務は多岐にわたるため、上に列挙した業務のすべてではなく、応募者のスキルに見合った業務を、チームの一員として担当していただきます。

• 部門サービス業務（例：社員証の発行、事務用品・名刺、情報発信、イベント・行事支援、各種申請書類の仲介・代行、社印押印など）
• IT業務　（例：ポータルサイト更新、、申請受付システム運営など）
• お客様訪問対応業務
• 本社各組織の事業活動を支援する各種業務
• 部門サービス業務（例：社員証の発行、事務用品・名刺、情報発信、イベント・行事支援、各種申請書類の仲介・代行、社印押印など）
