Salary £36,000 per annum, to include company van, fuel card, PPE, uniform etc

Hours: 42.5 per week

Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!

About the Role:

• Responsible for carrying out reactive repairs internally and externally on occupied properties
• Carrying out all painting & decorating duties
• Carrying out basic plumbing repairs to include leak detection, replacing taps, sinks, toilets, valves and pipework
• Undertaking basic carpentry works to include door hanging, lock changes, skirting, architraves, work tops and sealed units

You must have:

• Core trade in Painting & decorating
• Experience in Plumbing & Carpentry
• Hold a Full UK Driving License
• Excellent communication and Customer service skills
