General Orthopedic/Trauma PA needed in Dallas, TX

Dallas Orthopedic Trauma Institute is seeking a FT Orthopedic Trauma PA to join an established orthopedic trauma practice. We are seeking an experienced orthopedic PA.

Position Details:

• Full Time – 40hrs per week
• Competitive annual salary

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Patient Care Evaluation and Treatment in Office and Hospital
• Support Trauma service line for Methodist Dallas
• Shared Call with 2 other APP providers in practice
• Surgical Assist with Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon

Care is provided for polytrauma patients with complex musculoskeletal injuries including limb threatening injuries, pelvic and acetabular fractures. The center maintains an established geriatric fracture program and ACS TQIP registry.

The recruited PA will provide patient care at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, a 585-bed acute care teaching hospital with a Level I ACS trauma designation. Methodist Dallas Medical Center is a Magnet®-designated hospital and was ranked by Becker’s Hospital Review in 2023 as one of the top 150 places to work.  It is home to the only adult Level I Trauma Center in southern Dallas.
