Job Description: Generative AI Consultant Remote (U.S.-based) with potential occasional travel 4 months (multiple consecutive 2–4 week engagements) **Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents in order to apply. W-2 ONLY, we cannot work with third parties and/ or provide sponsorship*** About the Role: The Panther Group is looking to hire multipleGenerative AI Consultantsto lead short-term, high-impact engagements with new prospective customers. This is ahands-on, customer-facing pre-salesrole designed to rapidly assess client needs, explore potential AI use cases, and deliver compelling technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) that demonstrate theart of the possiblewith Generative AI. You will interact directly with senior customer architects and executives, quickly aligning technical capabilities with business value. Your output will include interactive discussions, lightweight solution prototypes, and proposals for longer-term AI transformation initiatives. Potential for hands-on implementation of projects on closed/won deals resulting from these assessments, including leading a team of AI/ML engineers and AWS experts on building cutting-edge novel systems for a variety of industries This is a great opportunity to work in a high-visibility role helping organizations launch their AI journey. What You’ll Do: • Lead 2–4 week interactive consulting engagements with prospective enterprise customers • Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs, technical landscape, and AI readiness • Translate customer goals into GenAI use cases and solution architectures • Interactively review possible solutions and facilitate discuscsions to the solution(s) that best meet the organizations goals, budget and timeframe. • Build and demo rapid POCs using customer-supplied and publicly available data • Use tools such asAmazon Bedrock,Python,LLMs,VectorDBs, and optionallyWeaviate • Present findings and recommendations to C-level executives and technical stakeholders • Work with you team to deliver short-form proposals for longer-term engagements based on POC success Experience required for this role: • 15+ years of IT experienceacross multiple industries and technology domains • Strong presence and credibilitywith senior architects and executives — must be able to go toe-to-toe with sharp, experienced customer teams • Deep understanding ofGenerative AI, LLM capabilities, and how these technologies can drive real business value • Proficiency with: • Amazon Bedrock • Pythonfor prototyping and data manipulation • Large Language Models (LLMs) • Vector databases(e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, orWeaviate– nice to have) • Tailwind CSSor similar for lightweight front-end/UI presentation of the POC • Experience ingesting and transforming customer data into demonstrable AI outputs • Excellent storytelling, proposal writing, and solution shaping skills Why Join Us: • Immediate pipeline of projects • Exciting exposition to diverse companies’ businesses and solution needs • Opportunity to be creative and drive solution discussions with c-level executives • Work on the cutting edge of enterprise AI adoption • Influence strategy and design from the ground up with real decision-makers #INDIT Job Types: Full-time, Contract Benefits: • Health insurance Application Question(s): • This role does not permit Visas or sponsorship now or in the future (H1b, OPT, ect).
