Generative AI Project Manager

Simple Technology Solutions is looking for a Generative AI Project Manager to add to our team.

The Role: 

The Generative AI Project Manager will lead our cutting-edge generative AI projects, overseeing the development and deployment of innovative AI solutions. This role involves managing all aspects of AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to drive project success and meet organizational objectives. 

The Generative AI Project Manager at STS will: 

• Plan, execute, and oversee generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI solutions. 
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. 
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. 
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. 
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management. 
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests. 
• Ensure compliance with federal data security and privacy regulations. 
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team. 

Education and Experience: 

Required 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on AI and machine learning projects 
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion 
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning 
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills 
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies 

Preferred 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification 
• Experience with Azure AI services and tools 
• Familiarity with Python and AI-related libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
