Position Details
•  Practice at a state-of-the-art Mental Health & Addiction Center - located in suburban Minneapolis, just 10 min from downtown
•  Affiliated with the #1 health system in the Twin Cities
•  Highly collaborative Geriatric Mental Health Team of psychiatric & neuropsychology providers, specialty nurses, LCSWs, & complex care coordinators
•  32 hours = full time
•  Work 2-3 days per week from home
•  90 min. intakes, 30 min. follow-ups
•  100% outpatient or optional inpatient component available
•  All on one campus: Outpatient Geriatric, Adult, and C&A Psych clinics, as well as PHP, IOP, Inpatient, & full spectrum Addiction care

•  Evergreen base salary, plus additional bonuses available - anticipated range of 370-400K+ year 1
