Sansum Santa Barbara Medical Clinic has an opportunity for a full time, board-certified, or board-eligible Geriatrics Provider.

Position Details:

• Working with a well experienced passionate MD/NP team, alongside inclusive rehabilitation teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, discharge planners and social service within 6 beautiful SB skilled nursing facilities.
• Team up with Sansum Hospitalists, consultants, and hospice palliative care staff.
• 8-12 patients per day
• No call

Salary:

• 2 Year Salary Guarantee
• $205,000.00-$265,000.00 Annually
• The listed range is solely a base compensation for full time physicians. It does not include incentives and benefits. The base compensation rate may be adjusted based on training, community need and other possible determining components.

Requirements:

• MD or DO with Directly Related Experience in Hospice, Palliative Care, Geriatrics
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• DEA Certificate
• Eligible to Work in the United States
• CA Licensure or the Ability to Obtain CA Licensure
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
