ABOUT THE POSITION

German Social Media Manager at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing Germany's TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts by strategizing, creating, and optimizing viral content. From trend-spotting to filming, editing, and analyzing performance, you’ll manage the entire process with support from our amazing Social Media team. If you’re creative, proactive, and social media-obsessed, we want you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Plan and execute content strategies to promote Burga’s products and engage the German audience.

- Create innovative video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube, handling end-to-end production (outsourcing editing if needed).

- Experiment with trends and push creative boundaries, including large-scale stunts or international projects.

- Stay ahead of social media trends, partnering with creators and designers to align content with marketing goals.

- Track and analyze content performance to refine strategies.

- Engage with our Community on Social Media

- Create engaging local Street Content

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Fluent in German and proficient in English.

- 3+ years in social media, including 2+ years focused on video creation and channel growth, with a portfolio of impactful content.

- Editing skills and on-camera experience are a big plus.

- Passionate about TikTok and Instagram Reels, with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

- Organized and skilled in project management, thriving under tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for creating compelling organic content.
