German-speaking Country Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead Deblock's market entry and growth in Germany and Austria 🇦🇹🇩🇪. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and/or marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in public relations, influencer partnerships, and localization.

👀 What we are looking for

• Fluent in German 🇩🇪 and English 🇬🇧
• 2-5 years experience in ops or marketing roles, preferably within fintech or technology sectors
• In-depth understanding of the German and Austrian markets
• Ability to interpret market data and analytics
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and flexible approach

• Proven record of launching and scaling products in new markets
• Background in Management consulting or B2C growth
• Knowledge of current social media trends

🧑‍💻 What you’ll be working on

• Develop and execute strategies to successfully launch Deblock in Germany and Austria
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with PR agencies
• Source and negotiate partnerships with local influencers
• Adapt and contextualize our marketing materials to resonate with the local cultures and regulatory environments
