Expert Gestion des Incidents critiques ServiceNow (Dorval)

  • Traiter des incidents pour s’assurer que tous les protocoles sont suivis avec diligence
  • Superviser le processus de gestion des incidents et les membres de l’équipe impliquĂ©s dans la rĂ©solution de l’incident.
  • Intervenir en cas d’incident de service signalĂ©, en identifier la cause et lancer le processus de gestion des incidents.
  • Prioriser les incidents en fonction de leur urgence et de leur influence sur l’entreprise.
  • Documenter qui dĂ©crivent les protocoles d’incident tels que la façon de gĂ©rer les menaces de cybersĂ©curitĂ© ou de corriger les dĂ©faillances des systèmes ainsi que des Ă©quipements.
  • Enregistrement de tous les incidents et de leur rĂ©solution pour voir s’il y a des dysfonctionnements rĂ©currents.
  • Ajuster le processus de gestion des incidents au besoin pour en assurer l’efficacitĂ©.
  • Communiquer avec la haute direction si des problèmes majeurs sont dĂ©tectĂ©s dans le système informatique.
  • Exigences relatives au gestionnaire d’incidents :
  • BaccalaurĂ©at en technologie de l’information, en gĂ©nie ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Au moins 5 annĂ©es de solides expĂ©riences en gestion d’incidents dans un secteur critique
  • Au moins sept ans d’expĂ©rience dans la gestion des services informatiques, ou un rĂ´le similaire.
  • Solide connaissance des logiciels de gestion des services informatiques,
  • ExpĂ©rience de travail avec des systèmes et des logiciels informatiques tels que ServiceNow.
  • Solide connaissance des langages de programmation, tels que SQL, Java, C ++ et Scala.
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en gestion et capacitĂ© Ă  collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe.
  • CapacitĂ© d’analyser un volume Ă©levĂ© de donnĂ©es techniques et de travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
  • Solides compĂ©tences en rĂ©solution de problèmes, en analyse et en gestion du temps

  • Expert Critical Incident Manager ServiceNow (Dorval)
  • Overseeing the incident management process and team members involved in resolving the incident.
  • Responding to a reported service incident,
  • Identifying the cause, initiating the incident management process.
  • Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business.
  • Producing documents that outline incident protocols such as how to handle cybersecurity threats or how to correct server failures.
  • Collaborating with the incident management team to ensure that all protocols are diligently followed.
  • Logging all incidents and their resolution to see if there are recurring malfunctions.
  • Adjusting the incident management process as required to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Communicating with upper management if major issues are found in the IT system.
  • Incident Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least three year's experience working in IT service management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management software ServiceNow
  • Experience working with IT systems and software.
  • Solid knowledge application and System support
  • Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be authorised to work in Canada Indefinitely
