Global Banking & Markets: Listed Derivatives Operations

Listed Derivatives Operations is responsible for managing the front to back trade flow on exchange traded derivatives, primarily Futures and Options. We manage trades across EMEA exchanges and for global clients. We take care of topday trade matching, exception monitoring, internal/ external reconciliations, and position management (expiry processing).

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 0-3 years of industry experience
  • Quantitative and technical skills/experience
  • Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (clear, concise, and confident) with the ability to manage internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, manage deadlines & expectations.
  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel (including VBA), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment
  • Prior experience in listed derivatives products and process an added advantage

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Work with Trading desks, Clients, Brokers and global teams to manage risk on exchange trades derivatives (Futures and Options)
  • Reconcile positions between internal ledgers and/or exchange to identify discrepancies and address them with utmost priority to reduce risk
  • Leverage technical expertise to identify and fix process inefficiencies in partnership with global teams, Engineering and Business Intelligence teams
  • Identify and manage project risks from inception to completion while proposing solutions and mitigants
  • Build a strong network within the firm and leverage the multiple learning opportunities available to expand your skills
