Job Description

Support the Global Comms Network Management team ​

  • Assist on projects dedicated to the corporate communication team:​

  • Ensure all communicators adhere to workspace governance and implement support actions as necessary.​

  • Support the weekly newsletter distributed to all communication experts within Accor.​

  • Assist with the deployment and usage of ASANA (project management tool) ​

  • Reactivate the BI tool through the collection of data relative to key announcements amongst the Global Comms team ​

  • Support the coordination of corporate communication projects:​

a. PM&E​

  • In collaboration with the communication manager, contribute to the creation of various communication materials: newsletters, town hall events, videos, etc.​

  • Assist the Communication Director in updating business intelligence reports for the Deputy CEO.​

  • Support the deployment of the Global PM&E Communication Plan and Strategy.​

  • Project support as required ​

b. L&L​

  • Assist with trend monitoring and storage​

  • Support on tradeshow planning and coordination​

  • Copywriting and project support as required ​

Qualifications

Soft Skills:​

• Excellent communication skills, including writing and presenting​

• Team player with a collaborative mindset​

• Strong adaptability and flexibility​

• Proactive problem solver​

• Attention to detail​

• Cultural awareness and sensitivity​

Hard Skills:​

• Proficiency in project management tools ​

• Experience with content creation (writing, editing, design)​

• Basic understanding of corporate communication strategies​

• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics​

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)​

• Proficient in the use of new technology – i.e. AI tools ​

​Fluent French & English
