What you’ll do

  • Creating a wide variety of digital marketing campaigns geared towards personalization. These include lifecycle campaigns, triggered campaigns, monthly planned campaigns and more.
  • Meeting deadlines based on the campaign planner.
  • Ensuring design and layouts of campaigns are user and mobile-friendly and are continuously optimized.
  • Testing every campaign with clearly set hypothesis and data-driven approach.
  • Proofreading / double check before sending out.Activating campaigns using automation tools.
  • Providing inputs to the design team on optimizing layouts.
  • Monitoring the sender score, spam score, un-subscription lists and other hygiene indicators.
  • Maintaining the health of database through smart segmentation to avoid saturation.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign results.
  • Proactively share inputs and best practices with the team on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Supporting the Personalization Lead and team with initiatives including continual optimization of personalization strategy, platform, and related processes. 

Your qualifications

Technics

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience with proven success in executing highly targeted or personalized email, in-app, push, and web marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with marketing automation tools – example: Adobe, Braze, OracleFamiliarity with CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR requirements and inbox deliverability standards.
  • Basic understanding of data segmentation and data attribution.
  • SQL knowledge is preferred.Intermediate HTML skills
