What you will do:

• Provide user and administrative support for desktop and local server systems, technical guidance to associates and IT-teams for desktop support and local server systems.

• Participate in projects or teams and directed by the Manager/Supervisor.

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of all relevant hardware and software.

• Implementation and support of network devices and services, configuration, installation & deployment of all PC’s and PC related peripherals.

• Ensure availability of communication and conferencing equipment.

• Provide project management for implementations and roll-outs.

• Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for improving service, efficiency and effectiveness.

• Applying DBS strategies in a systematic way.

Who you are:

• Excellent knowledge of PC hardware and associated peripherals, network hardware and management tools, network operating systems and applications, Microsoft O/S, Server and Desktop, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & TCP/IP.

• Good understanding of Danaher/Azure authentication services.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.

• Ability to perform risk assessments and assign adequate prioritization.
