The IT Site Lead for Cytiva is responsible for ensuring continuity of Client Technologies services and systems through, planning, technical leadership, and project management across the site. You will interact with program, support, and executive personnel to understand the unique needs of the site.

This position is part of the Global IT Department located in Burnaby, BC and will be onsite. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you’ll do

• Ensure high-quality, reliable, long-term support for implemented solutions and day-to-day IT operations.

• Partner with IT Infrastructure teams to deploy, maintain, support telephony equipment, applications, servers, network infrastructure and printing systems.

• Establish the polices, processes and procedures to support the organization’s Client Technology functions.

• Identify areas of risk, develop, and implement continuity plans to address.

• Ensure all business policies and standards related to IT Infrastructure, Information Security and compliance are being met.

Who you are

• Technical expertise in client devices, operating systems and applications, desktop management, support tools and server technologies.

• Good written and verbal communication skills including presentation.

• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple, parallel projects.

• Ability to delegate projects and tasks.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Flexibility around support & holiday coverage.

• Must have current BC driving license.

The salary range for this role is 90,000-110,000 CAD/year. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and retirement planning benefits to eligible employees.
