About the job:

The Global Manager, Marketing Analytics is a pivotal role within our marketing department, tasked with analyzing and optimizing the effectiveness of our marketing strategies across our top 20 countries by sales. This role will oversee the quarterly analysis and strategic recommendations for over 100 brands, closely aligning with our Mega Brands strategy. The Global Manager will manage a robust team, ensuring seamless integration with finance and coordination with media and sponsorship agencies. 

What you'll do:

  • Comprehensive Analysis: Conduct in-depth quarterly analyses across 100+ brands in our top 20 markets, focusing on marketing effectiveness and strategic outcomes. 
  • Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic team consisting of country leads and product developers, directing the analytics strategy for our global marketing efforts. 
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Formulate and execute a strategic roadmap for 2024, aimed at elevating our marketing analytics capabilities. 
  • Collaboration with Finance: Work closely with the finance department to align marketing strategies with financial objectives and Mega Brands strategy. 
  • Agency Partnership: Coordinate effectively with media and sponsorship agencies to enhance marketing initiatives and insights. 
  • Executive Communication: Simplify complex data into executive-friendly reports, presenting insights clearly and concisely. 
  • Innovative Methodologies: Implement advanced analytical techniques to provide cutting-edge insights and recommendations. 
  • Training & Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, enhancing the team’s analytical acumen and presentation skills. 

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related fields. 
  • Extensive experience in marketing analytics, specifically Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), with a track record of handling large-scale, global projects.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing / media.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of crafting and presenting insights to executive audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in strategic planning and execution. 
  • Proficient in a range of analytical methodologies, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to succeed in ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data analysis into simple communications.
  • MBA preferred.

Pay Transparency:

Work Location: New York, NY

Salary: $153,000-$180,000

(Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.)
