Global Payments Manager

As the Global Payments Manager, you will work for the General Manager for Commerce Solutions. The Global Payments Manager is ultimately responsible for the development, implementation and enhancement  of creator payment services that originate from international locations. They are a project focused professional that is financial tech-savvy who can coordinate and manage complex projects across cross-functional teams and vendors to develop and implement global payment solutions. In this role, you’ll get to:

• Partner with customer facing teams to develop strong relationships with our global clients to understand their international payment requirements and objectives
• Be responsible for structuring and implementing CreatorIQ’s global payment solutions by connecting with international payment partners including local payment experts, payment processors and financial institutions to support the global expansion CreatorIQ’s payments solutions
• Manage global payment expansion projects from end-to-end to develop and implement creator payment services outside of the U.S. Ensure that global payment solutions are implemented in a timely manner, taking the lead in analyzing partners' capabilities, international business and banking requirements and coordinating with product development, accounting and customer facing teams
• Provide hands on support to users of our global payments solutions
• Partner with cross functional teams to develop and implement global payment operations that ensure validity, accuracy and completeness of global payments
• Monitor and lead our response to changes international payment regulations that could significantly impact customer and payee experiences in those countries

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

• 5+ years of experience in international payment solution development and support
• Track record of successfully delivering international payment solutions
• Financial technology savvy and experienced with emerging financial technologies for international mass payment processing and fulfillment
• Strong project management acumen and problem-solving skills
• Self confidence to interface with customers and lead cross-functional teams
• Capable of planning and executing on responsibilities with minimal supervision

Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000
