Join our Circuit Breakers team as Global Product Group Quality and OpEx Manager.

This position can be fulfilled completely remotely within Europe. We are prioritizing skills and experience over physical work location.

How you will make an impact

• Develop and implement quality and OpEx targets for Global Product Group
• Define and execute all systematic improvement projects and best practices across the Global Product Group
• Benchmark manufacturing performance and manufacturing process/tool standardizations across the Global Product Group factories
• Support global manufacturing footprint decisions and implementations including new product implementation and transfer of production
• Validate and release production lines
• Collaborate with factory and HUB Quality and OpEx functions
• Participate in the gate process of new product developments
• Support high impact quality case resolutions and Root Cause Analysis

• University degree in Engineering, manufacturing or a related subject matter
• More than 7 years of experience in high voltage or electrical equipment industry
• Several years of experience in Quality and/or Operational Excellence roles
• Solid knowledge of Hitachi Energy Quality, OpEx and portfolio relevant processes
• Analytical thinker, solutions-oriented with a business mindset.
• Strong project management skills
• High level leadership skills and responsibility taking
• Strong communication skills and solid command of English
• Strong cultural awareness
• Availability to travel internationally
