Our Data-TnS-PUO Team is responsible for providing instant troubleshooting and consulting services to internal Platform users. This team is mainly responsible for the following: receiving and resolving user issues, communicating with our engineering teams, analyzing and providing the best solutions, maintaining the SOP, writing daily reports, following the escalation process, and providing top-quality user experience.
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for developing platform knowledge base content and training courses, enabling global users to quickly learn and effectively utilise the platform.
2. Conduct training sessions and workshops, both virtually and in-person, to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective usage of the platform.
3. Responsible for creating and maintenance of training documentation, user guides, and learning materials to support platform usage
4. Able to identify training needs and develop training strategies based on user behaviors and business requirements
4. Continuously improve interactive learning design and online training methods.
5. Collaborate with trainers and cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive business impact through shared insights, timely task delivery, and coordinated training efforts.
7. Manage learning operations by staying informed on updates, integrating changes into training, and aligning with product roadmaps and business priorities.
8. Demonstrate project management skills by implementing these capabilities in core deliverables and taking ownership of team projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and meet business objectives.
9. Foster a collaborative team environment by working closely with fellow trainers and cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and best practices, and contributing to a cohesive and supportive training culture.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
1. Proficient in spoken and written English to design, develop, deliver content, and interact with users globally.
2. Basic project management skills, including the ability to organize, plan, and execute tasks efficiently
3. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams.
4. Highly adaptable with excellent time management skills, effectively handling multiple tasks and accommodating rapid changes in projects while meeting deadlines.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
6. Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to grow in the field of product training.
7. A basic understanding of product training concepts, along with proficiency in e-learning tools and learning management systems, is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualification:
Preferred to have experience working in large scale tech companies.
