Global Security Operations Center Officer

Arizona Veteran Security (AVS), one of Arizona's top security companies, is expanding its Security Operations Center (SOC). AVS is searching for a Full-Time Security Operations Center officer in the Glendale, Arizona area. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to perform at a high level of customer service and critical thinking. Rate:Salary Schedule:Wednesday- Friday 11pm - 7:20am Saturday - Sunday 7pm - 7am Required Qualifications: • 21 years of age or older • Current Arizona DPS Unarmed Guard Card preferred but not required. • 3 years experience or more as a licensed unarmed security officer • Smart phone with data plan & ability to operate apps. • Basic Computer skills • Knowledge of programs: ABIMM RT, TracTic, Zello (Preferred not required) • Proficient writing skills • Excellent communication skills and critical thinking ability • Work in a calm, polite and professional manner • Reliable and self-motivated • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent Job Duties: • Monitor CCTV system • Verify officers' clock in/out on time • Monitor officers' on-site activity • Respond to urgent/crisis situations to assist with contacting emergency agencies/personnel for assistance. • Coordinate and adjust schedules accordingly as receive call outs or requests for time off. • Review and edit reports for compliance & accuracy.
