Job functions:

• Support in leading strategy development / implementation for assigned Enterprise spend (that will continue to generate value through organic growth, NPD and acquisition)
• Responsible for supplier identification, development, negotiation, qualification, certification, and compliance programs, across multiple business units, brands and manufacturing locations
• Foster close partnership with internal stakeholders, obsessing over quality, ongoing strategic advantage and service level excellence.
• Support brand NPD pipelines to deliver programs on time, on cost, and on specs.
• Drive ongoing improvement of key metrics for both suppliers and categories.
• Support data integrity to support meaningful analyses which drive meaningful business decisions.
• Support in building an annual productivity pipeline that supports the aligned business strategy and delivers annual YOY savings through category RFQs, supplier development, incumbent negotiation, VA/VE, Make vs Buy, etc.

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
• Ability to travel up to 30%, as needed (domestically and internationally)
• Excellent analysis skills using Excel, PowerBI, etc.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting and communications skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate factors of complex situations.
• Ability to balance deadlines of day-to-day tasks, projects, and interruptions due to urgent or time sensitive issues.
• Ability to track and follow up on issues using multiple communication streams - phone calls/voicemail, Teams chat, emails, and electronic data, etc.
• Internship/Co-Op experiences in purchasing, manufacturing or related experience a plus
• Ability to work remotely and be proactive.
