GMP Operations Specialist I (Contract) (24309-T-683-MFG)

ArsenalBio, a privately held, clinical-stage programmable cell therapy company engineering advanced CAR T therapies for solid tumors, is seeking a talented GMP Operations Specialist to work onsite based in our Hayward and UCSF offices. 

ArsenalBio’s mission is to develop efficacious and safe cellular therapies for patients with chronic diseases, initially cancer. We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join the ArsenalBio Technical Operations team supporting cell therapy manufacturing activities. This person will report to the Director of Manufacturing. 

What You Will Do:

• Maintain material inventory and coordinate material movements
• Assist in cleaning and setting up of manufacturing areas
• Follow approved SOPs in support of manufacturing activities
• Perform routine monitoring of facility and cleanroom areas

What Will You Bring:

• High school degree with 2+ years experience in a GMP environment or Bachelor’s in the relevant scientific field with 0-3 years of experience in the biotechnology/ pharmaceutical industry in a manufacturing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and knowledge on the job, demonstrate productivity, and deliver high-quality results
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask as needed in a start-up environment

The estimated hourly pay for the preferred primary location of San Francisco Bay area ranges from $19/h - 33/h.

Salary ranges for other locations may vary from this range. Base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, experience, education, and location.
