Golang Trainer / Interview Support (Mandarin MUST / On-Site MUST / ICC)

Golang Trainer / Interview Support (Mandarin MUST / On-Site MUST / ICC or CCC) Our client, an IT Staffing Startup based out of Milpitas, CA, is looking for an On-Site or In-Person Golang Trainer and a Remote Golang Interview Support Expert. Qualifications: • Work Hours FLEXIBLE but DAILY (after work or over the weekend is okay for PT, but weekday 40 hrs needed for FT) • Interview support hours are generally 9am – 5pm PST US CA Time zone (required and can get BIG bonus) • EXPERT in Golang, MQTT, Kafka, Spring Boot, Angular, Back-end, Full-Stack Dev (MUST) • Understanding of ICC / CCC Business Model is a MUST • Solid Communication in English (at least 8 out of 10) (MUST) • No need to train the whole time, MUST keep students busy • Excellent Teaching / Training Skills to keep students engaged • Industry experience (Walmart / Wells Fargo / Apple / Infosys) in Golang / full-stack development • Understanding of front-end technologies such as Angular, React, React Native, Vue, Typescript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, etc. • BS or MS degree in Computer Science from a highly reputable university in China or US • Excellent remoteinterview takingability for Golang positions (BIG PLUS) Responsibilities: • Train a new batch of 10-15 students Golang every 2 months all year round – they need to be fully ready for difficult Golang Interviews after the 2-month Training / Mock Interviews / (LeetCodes NOT needed, but some exposure is encouraged) • Prepare an extensive Training curriculum, Knowledge base, and Mock Interview Questions. • Participate in Interview Support (MUST) • Participate in direct remote interviews for clients (BIG PLUS) Benefits: • Part-timePay:$3,000per month (20 hrs - more flexible) • $1,500 Bonusper successful Client Interview (Direct) and Job offer • $500 Bonusper successful Client Interview (Support) and Job offer • Visa Sponsorship such asH1B, Green Cardoptions available Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Relocation assistance Experience: • Go: 2 years (Required) Language: • Mandarin (Required) Work Location: In person
