If you have experience setting up and optimizing paid search and display campaigns, and can turn data into action, this role is for you. We're not after fancy titles—we're after proven performance and smart strategy. What You'll Be Doing: • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display networks • Continuously optimize ad performance by improving Quality Scores and click-through rates • Conduct keyword and competitive research to build high-impact strategies • Monitor KPIs and adjust bidding, targeting, and creatives to boost ROI • Develop and test high-converting ad copy through ongoing experimentation • Collaborate with team members to align campaign efforts with broader marketing objectives • Report on campaign results and deliver clear insights for ongoing improvement We’re Looking For Someone Who: • Has hands-on experience managing Google Ads with a track record of success • Understands key concepts like Quality Score, ad relevance, and conversion tracking • Is confident working with tools such as Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, and Ads Editor • Thinks analytically and makes decisions based on data, not guesses • Can write compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions • Is proactive, organized, and capable of managing tasks independently while working with a team
