M365 Disruption Grading Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Incident Grading and Analysis:
   • Grade and analyze M365D disruption incidents, including business email compromise, attacker-in-the-middle, phishing, and IaaS resource theft.
   • Determine the legitimacy and effectiveness of incidents (0-100%) based on established criteria.
   • Investigate missed disruptions and ensure accurate incident classification.
2. Detection Rule Evaluation:
   • Assess the performance of automated detection rules for disruption services.
   • Collaborate with teams to optimize detection algorithms and refine criteria.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of business email compromise, attacker-in-the-middle, phishing, and IaaS resource theft.
• Ability to determine if incidents are attacks or benign activities.
• Evaluate and refine detection rules for automated systems.
• Track incident trends, systemic issues, and gaming attempts.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from 76000 to 90000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
