Grading Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Responsibilities • Assist with site grading, excavation, and backfilling • Operate hand and power tools (shovels, rakes, compactors, etc.) • Check grades using laser levels, transits, or other tools • Load and unload materials and equipment • Maintain clean and safe job sites • Follow instructions from foremen, operators, and supervisors • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures Experience • Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus. • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
