Graphic Artist and Designer

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and creative person to lead art and design for our growing company. If you enjoy the storytelling aspect of your profession, this might be the perfect role for you. The first goal is to take our new logo, color, package designs and other branding assets to the next level in advance of our retail launch. Following that, this role will work with our media team to create compelling graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires proficiency in art, design and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality outputs across multiple platforms. Responsibilities • Complete logo and package designs • Develop innovative graphic designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, websites, and social media content. • Collaborate with the whole team to create branding materials that effectively communicate our brand message. • Create motion graphics and animations to enhance visual storytelling in videos and presentations. • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to produce high-quality visuals. • Manage color theory and typography to ensure consistency across all design projects. • Conduct photo manipulation and retouching to enhance imagery used in marketing materials. • Work on web design projects • Participate in art direction and production design processes for various projects. • Present design concepts effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs. Requirements • Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and Adobe After Effects. • Familiarity with web design principles • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies. • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, photography, digital art, illustration, layout design, print advertising, typesetting, and sign manufacturing is highly desirable. • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members. • Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of color management and visual design principles. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
